Molasses Tanks
Molasses is a highly viscous and heavy fluid that requires robust storage
solutions. We fabricate heavy-duty Mild Steel tanks designed to withstand the immense pressure
exerted by high-density molasses.
- Design: Vertical cylindrical tanks with reinforced bottoms to handle heavy loads.
Features:
- Robust MS plate construction (IS 2062 Grade A/B).

- Manholes with hinges for easy cleaning and inspection.
- Outlet connections sized for high-viscosity flow (with or without heating arrangements).
- Optional Heating: Provision for steam heating coils or panel coils to reduce

Storing acids, alkalis, and other corrosive chemicals demands high material
integrity. We fabricate Stainless Steel (SS304/SS316) and chemically compatible Mild Steel tanks
with protective linings.
Material Options

Design Considerations:
- Open-top or closed-top designs with manholes.

Dairy Tanks:
Hygiene and surface finish are paramount in the dairy industry. We fabricate
high-grade Stainless Steel tanks for the storage of milk, cream, and other dairy products,
ensuring contamination-free storage.
- Material: SS304 with food-grade finish.
- Surface Finish: Interior surfaces are polished to a high mirror finish (typically 180
to 320 grit) to prevent bacterial growth and ensure easy cleaning.
